Dining in a restaurant often involves larger portions than a person needs to be consuming. It is possible to weigh out the portions that you serve when you make you dinners in your own kitchen instead of dining out. A person does not have to eat until they feel full. You can be happy even if the plates are smaller. The only thing a person has to do to accomplish this is practice.
